Return Policy

As a store specialising in sealed products within the trading card industry, we do not accept returns.

 

However, if your item differs from description or you receive a sealed product that is visibly damaged or defective upon delivery (e.g., the packaging is crushed or tampered with), please contact us within 7 days. We’ll do what we can to resolve the issue.

Cancellations Policy

Cancellations may be requested prior to shipment but will incur a 4% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charges incurred at the time of your initial transaction.

Dispatch Times

Except for orders containing pre-order items, we aim to dispatch all standard UK orders within 2 working days of payment.

Please note, we do not ship on bank holidays.

UK Shipping Options and Prices

1st Class
Orders are expected to arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch. While we typically use Royal Mail 1st Class, we may opt for a similar service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 1st Class Signed). For larger orders we may use a different courier.

Orders are expected to arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch. We typically use Royal Mail 2nd Class, but may use a similar service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 2nd Class Signed). For larger orders we may use a different courier.
